Warranty Support

Lot of customers face issue with warranty support after they purchase item from other online marketplace. Once the item is delivered and return policy days are elapsed, there is no way, they can get help from the online store for the item purchased. We have seen many customers dealing with this issue of finding service centers or support for the item purchased online and get frustrated. At PMS Corporation, we care about our customers and that sentiment is extended even after the purchase of items from PMS Corporation.com. Please note that PMS Corporation provides warranty support to the items purchased from us only. Also PMS Corporation reserves the right to deny or accept the warranty claim or other issues.

Warranty Support (within warranty period)

If the purchased item becomes faulty after 10 days of receipt of product, then it will come under standard manufacturer warranty terms of the product for which you can do following steps:

  • 1) Check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, or warranty service at your location. Using this service may be the fastest way to get the problem put right.
  • 2) If you are not able to locate OEM service center then you can contact us at customer support for help and we will work with OEM to locate nearest service center for you.
  • 3) If there is no service center at your location, then you can send us the product for warranty claim by courier or other means. We will get the item serviced or replaced from the OEM service center and ship it back to you. Shipping charges for sending the product to us will be borne by you.
